Services
We're a design-focused general contractor, which means we handle both sides of your renovation—design and construction. Most of our work is full-service (we design it and build it), but we also offer interior design services for clients who need design support without construction management.
Design-Led Renovation
We manage the full renovation—from initial design through final installation.
This is how we work on most projects. You hire us to design the space and build it. One contract, one point of contact, one team responsible for the outcome.
What this includes:
Space planning and design development (floor plans, elevations, details)
Material and finish selections (tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, lighting)
Permit coordination (if required)
Full construction management and trade coordination
On-site problem-solving and design adjustments
Final installation and walkthrough
Why this matters: Because we handle both design and construction, you don't navigate between multiple teams. You don't worry about whether the contractor will understand the design intent, or whether the designer will adjust when things change on site. We solve both sides in real time.
Best for:
Kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home finish renovations
Projects where design details and construction execution need to stay aligned
Clients who want one team from start to finish
Typical projects:
Kitchen remodels (cabinetry, tile, countertops, layout improvements)
Bathroom renovations (tile, fixtures, storage, lighting)
Built-ins, millwork, and custom cabinetry
Mudrooms, laundry rooms, and other functional spaces
Whole-home finish updates
Interior Design Services
Design support without construction management—from space planning to styling.
If you're not doing a renovation, or if you already have a contractor, we offer interior design services separately. This can include everything from space planning and finish selections to furniture sourcing, paint and wallpaper, lighting updates, and styling.
What this includes:
Space planning and layout recommendations
Paint, wallpaper, and finish selections
Lighting design and fixture selection
Furniture selection and sourcing
Window treatments and soft goods
Styling and accessory selection
Design drawings and documentation (if needed for your contractor)
Best for:
Clients with an existing contractor relationship
Projects where you need design guidance but not construction management
Rooms that don't need renovation but want a design refresh
New construction or additions where an architect is already involved
Project Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation to understand your home, goals, and scope. From there, we guide you through design development, planning, and implementation with a steady, collaborative approach.
Client Love
“We have been so impressed by Carly’s creative vision, quick execution and impeccable install. It is such a gorgeous space and we already love it.”
- Gillian, Seattle, WA
Carly understood the vision my husband and I had for this house, our retirement abode which also had to accommodate a young family with our two grandchildren. At every step of the way, she both retained high standards for construction and design and kept the project moving forward.
