Madrona Craftsman

This project centered on a full, down-to-the-studs kitchen renovation, re-planned to dramatically improve flow, function, and connection to the rest of the home. The living room layout was reworked and the fireplace carefully rebuilt to re-establish it as a focal point, creating a more cohesive and usable main living level. Throughout the renovation, high-quality materials and finishes — including richly veined marble countertops, herringbone hardwood floors and thoughtfully layered patterns — were selected to add depth and character without overwhelming the architecture. The result is a Craftsman home that feels both elevated and grounded, where strong planning and refined finish choices work together seamlessly.
